By accessing or using LikesToLeads ("the Service"), operated from the United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
LikesToLeads provides LinkedIn audience monitoring and lead enrichment tools. The Service allows you to create "signals" (monitored LinkedIn profiles or company pages), automatically discovers posts from those profiles, and captures publicly available engagement data (reactions, comments, reposts) along with enriched professional profile information about the people who engaged.
LikesToLeads is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. The Service accesses publicly available data through third-party interfaces and does not use your LinkedIn credentials.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account, whether by email and password or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
New accounts receive a free trial with 100 one-time credits and up to 2 signals. No payment information is required for the trial. Trial credits do not reset or renew. The trial is intended for evaluation purposes and is limited to one account per person or organisation.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Enterprise) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent periods. If you change plans, your credit balance resets to the new plan's allocation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free trial tier. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused credits, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when posts are discovered and when leads are enriched with profile data. Credit usage varies based on the volume of engagement on monitored posts. You can track your credit usage in the dashboard. When your credits are exhausted, post discovery and lead enrichment will pause until credits are available (either through renewal on your next billing cycle or a plan upgrade).

You are the data controller for any personal data you obtain through the Service (including lead data, CSV exports, and webhook payloads). You are solely responsible for:
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and underlying technology are owned by LikesToLeads and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into or export from the Service. You may not use the LikesToLeads name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free; (b) LinkedIn data will always be available or accurate; (c) all engagement on monitored posts will be captured; or (d) enriched profile data will be complete or up to date. LinkedIn may change its platform at any time, which could affect the Service's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LikesToLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any third-party conduct or content; (c) any data obtained through the Service; or (d) unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to LikesToLeads in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LikesToLeads from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) your use or misuse of data obtained through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) you must stop using any data obtained through the Service unless you have an independent lawful basis to retain it; and (c) we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@likestoleads.io.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU member state in which you reside.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LikesToLeads regarding the Service.
